My husband ordered a burger with mayo, they repeated the order back correctly but delivered a burger with mustard.

I hate this Sonic. They are constantly screwing up our orders. Like every time. Very very slow service even when the place isn't busy.

Another thing, they are ALWAYS OUT OF ICE CREAM!!! How is this possible!!! Poor poor management that doesn't seem to care they screw up all the time!! Run by a bunch of teenagers that have no work ethic and never see an adult owner or manger present.

In fact our visit tonight was the last straw. We began our order, she repeated it back and asked if that was all. We said "No", and began to give the rest when she says, "Ok, your total is..."!!! Then we pull up to window and she gives us the wrong order!!

Tired of the cold messed up food and half melted shakes and ice cream. McDonald's across the street or the Sonic 5 miles away will get our business from now on.

I think when the manager comes out and threatens to spit in your food, is a little bit ridiculous. My friends have horrific stories about this restraunt as well. I am surprised that they are still in business after every attempt i have given them to change my mind they fail. I have been to the restraunt numerous times and there customer service is very poor. At least when i offered them some constructive critisim they wouldnt accept it and thats when i got the threat of having spit as a topping on my burger. Please do not contribute to this poorly run facility.
