Hired Marc Dionne of rock solid landscape in goffstown nh on August 20th paid 50%down. When job was to be completed 50% remaining. Paid Marc Dionne with a check in the amount of $1487.50. On August 21st we called and emailed Marc to cancel the job and requested a refund in the amount of $1487.50. Received no response from either the email or call. Contacted homeadvisor because it was them that gave him our number to contact us to see if he could do the repair to our lawn. Homeadvisor contacted Marc Dionne several times from August 22nd to September 30th 2019. On September 24th Marc Dionne stated that he sent a check to us. No check received as of October 2nd. Homeadvisor has put Marc Dionne and his company on notice that because he did not comply with their request for proof with a photo of refund sent that they would remove them from their site. When and if he every does send refund to us then they would put him back on their site. After having problems with a response from Marc Dionne l went checking around about rock solid landscape in goffstown nh. It seems he is being taken to small claims court. I hired Marc Dionne to chip, clear brush, stump grind, and excavate property. Under his guidance we trusted. He broke that by bolting with the equipment and recommending that I should "sleep on it" and do this totally different from the way he suggested in his very own quote. NONE OF WHICH WAS DONE. Not a single stump was ground. He dug a small hole in the middle of a valley (water would be obvious to hit shallow), said he hit ledge (which was not true). His only backup plan was to tell me I should bring in 100's of yards of fill and just cover every thing. He left before I could even get home to discuss, when I told him I would be there early to discuss, some business practice! I had someone else come in with an excavator and in 1 day he did more work then a whole team of guys from Rock Solid did in total. I have a quote to prove the details included, receipt of 50% deposit, and nearly a half dozen people that saw "the work" they did & pics should anyone inquire. Eric, 603-769-7344.
