This store does not issue refunds on any item that is not sold at full price. Any discount at all deems them "Non returnable". They do not let you know this when you make a purchase so that is a real bummer if you want to purchase something as a gift for someone. Lesson learned the hard way. Buy from a more responsible business, one that truly cares about their customers...For kicks you should call their number and listen to the phone message, might be an indicator of the style of business they are running. Also, the gear we did purchase smelled so heavily of some sort of smoke that we had to leave it out in the garage for the first week, that was disgusting.
