April 2019, I went to Bearbones Workwear store to see if they had any size 15 boots. They only had up to size 14, but the sales lady said she could order the size and model I selected online. I asked if I could return the boots if they did not fit? She said, "Yes, they would return them from the store to their warehouse.
When they arrived I tried them on, but the upper boot dug into my ankle area producing pain. I returned the boots to the store, but was promptly told I would have to return the boots on my own, and incur shipping charges. The sale person was rude, disrespectful, and did not provide any information nor instruction on how I should return the boots to their warehouse. There was no instructions in the shipping box to return the boots, either.
I tried three times to contact the Bearbones Workwear Headquarters but no one is responding. I strongly recommend you avoid doing business with Bearbones Workwear
1. because they do not stand by what they say,
2. Rude sales staff,
3. The company will not respond to your contacts.
I will attempt to contact the boot manufacture. I will send my future business to Boot Barn who have a proven return Customer Service Policy.
