Provided by YPmobileI have never seen such an uncomfortable staff. Seems like nobody is on speaking terms. Dr Brown interrupts the sales girls like he thinks they are stupid! They had one real person work there for a short time, I knew she would quit. I did get to tell her how glad I was they finally got a person I could talk to and trust. Guess I need a new office, but they won't tell me where she went. Anyone remember the lady they had last spring and summer? Do you know where she went?

Provided by YP.comI recently had an ocular emergency and Dr. Brown was able to see me immediately. Because of his knowledge and expertise, a potentially serious condition was averted. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and have the utmost confidence in his care.

Provided by YP.comI was a patient of Doctor Brown’s for about six months. I that time I had an examination, purchased glasses and had my glasses worked on. With each visit the customer service that I received progressively got worse until I vowed to never go back. Leading up to my final decision were several misunderstandings with billing and insurance issues accompanied by general rudeness from the staff.
But, the final incident was when I picked my glasses up and asked for the case that I had dropped them off in. The Optical Manager said that she did not have it and proceeded to yell at me and accuse me of lying about having a case while at the same time slamming stuff around on her desk. Her co-workers appeared to be absolutely mortified and tried their hardest not to make eye contact with her. I was shocked and left speechless. Never in my life have I been screamed at and accused of lying in my doctor’s office.
Bottom line is, if you are okay with horrendous customer service, billing mistakes and you like being yelled at, this is the doctor for you!
I must respond to the remarks that were made by a patient. As I remember, the patient bought a pair of glasses and declined anti-reflective coating only to come back several weeks later to have it added. She was told it would be a charge and that upset her. She called several Dr. offices to ask their policy and was furious because we charged her the difference. There was never a misundertanding with insurances or billing issues. Patient satisfaction is our number one priority and yelling or rudeness is never acceptable. We are and always will be professional, dedicated and courteous to each and every patient. I too am left shocked and speechless by what a disgruntle patient might do or say to damage ones reputation.
