COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!

Like the reviewer before me, I signed up for a Health Grades report for a local physician/surgeon. The information that I received for $12.95 was largely pointless, and did not in any way address the specific details that would aid in my decision to utilize this particular physician's services or not. In addition, like the reviewer before me, they tapped my checking account for an additional "monthly user fee" of $9.95 without my authorization.



When you click on "Contact Us" on their website, they offer you only ONE WAY to contact them, via e-mail. When you submit your e-mail message to them, you receive an automated response in your e-mail inbox that states:



"Thank you for contacting HealthGrades. This is an automated reply to acknowledge the receipt of your email. Please do NOT reply to this email.



We will respond with a personal email shortly.

The promised "personal e-mail SHORTLY" NEVER comes. let alone "shortly".



There is probably a very good reason they don't list their phone number on their website; they would be flooded with calls from users whose "communication" and follow-through by HealthGrades was non-existent. Two THUMBS DOWN!

Watch them like a hawk

I bought a report from them seven months ago. Unfortunately, I was not watching my credit card statement very closely and it turns out they have been billing me for subsequent reports ever since. Their response to my complaint was only to cancel my subscription despite their refund policy of fully refunding improperly billed reports. Saddest of all, I ended up not even going to the doctor I bought the report for.
