The worst shop ever, finding the office is very difficult, because it is between garages and blocked by numerous cars in front. There is hardly any parking except along the street . Inside it is even worse. Also service is so bad, that it does not deserve even 1 star.On January 22, 2015 my son 18 years old took a car there after he slid on ice and damaged steering arm. He was told by Dennis that it will cost about $500, if nothing else is damaged, and $40 labor. Couple days later they have called him to pick up the car. After i saw a bill- i was in shock. Price was $1,057. They replaced lower arm -$205.75, link - $92.28, tie rod -$ 175.13, tie rod end - $82.23, they also charged $ 7.77 for shop charges / misc. fluids and cleaners, and $400 for labor at a rate of $125 per hour. I think that prices for parts are too high as compared with prices at Auto Zone parts and other part supplying stores. No one even called us to ask if we agreed to fix the car at that price. Usually any decent shop would call if the price is twice as much as it was originally indicated. I asked if they take credit cards , the answer was yes. After coming home and reviewing the invoice, i saw that they charged 3% fee for using credit card. I have called to the office and asked why they did not warn me. Linda said that it was posted on the wall. I went back to the office- and yes it was posted, but at the end of the room behind the desk of Dennis about 10 feet distance and hardly anyone can really see it and read. The office is dirty and does not feel welcoming. There is a couch- very dirty and old- much better ones are free on Craigs list. I say that for charging $125 per hour for labor and triple price for parts, they could at least keep the office room clean and have a table for customers for signing papers. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
