We stumbled upon Rocky Mountain Stove while looking online for a wood-burning insert. They were knowledgeable and thorough in all correspondence. I also liked their detailed shipping policy for out of state deliveries. I worked with Adam Cohen, and found the entire experience very refreshing. He was "Johnny on the Spot" regarding every detail, even taking time to talk to our general contractor about our fireplace project. Further, each time something was shipped, he kept me informed and provided tracking numbers. We will definitely use this company again. Extremely professional; excellent service!

Lack of Help From Sales People / Annoyed We Were Shopping There

Highly unimpressed with this company. Sales people seemed annoyed that we came in and they were uninterested in helping us with a special order fireplace door. They showed us one brochure with limited options, didn't want to explain the possible configurations involved and worst of all couldn't give us pricing (or even a ballpark number) because "we can't find out pricing book". These guys missed an opportunity.
