I was transferred several times, put on hold indefinitely and then disconnected!!!! and that was the Customer Service Desk that disconnected me!

This store has very poor customer service. I was on hold for ten minutes and finally got a real person and come to find out i had the wrong department, so they transfered me to the correct department only to be on hold again, so i hung up. Called back to customer service and on hold eight more minutes, they transfered me to the department and i told the employee what i needed and he said you have to hold i am helping someone else. I ask is there someone else to help me and he replied "do you want to hold or what'. He was a manager?
