Provided by YP.comNOT ONLY DID THIS PLACE OVERCHARGE ME THEY ADDED A 16.00 TIP TO MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.WHEN I WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT EVEN THOUGH THE WAITRESS ADDED IT TO MY CARD SHE COULDNT MAKE HER GIVE IT BACK BECAUSE THATS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY...WELL I GUESS THEY HAVE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF BECAUSE THE FOOD WASN'T ANYTHING TO BE PROUD OF AND THE SERVICE SUCKED.SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU IF YOU GO TO THIS PLACE...I'LL NEVER GO BACK
This is obviously a biased opinion based strictly on the violent nature of the customer and sheer stupidity, which can be understood by anyone by the way this response is written. First off let it be known the restaurant, Barrios Seafood LLC, offers great service and menu options. Secondly, the customer was not "overcharged" he/she may have just not been accustomed to the price or did not notice it on our menus. Our business also adds a 15-18% gratuity charge to the bill for tables with more than 6 people, therefore explains the extra $16.00 charge. Maybe they had not aknowledged that we clearly state this on the menus themselves. I have no idea why this review was written in such a way, however I'm writing this response to insure to all other customers that this review is entirely blind.
