Provided by YP.comR&R was scheduled through my home warranty company to come out for a tripped breaker. After reading other reviews I was a little nervous. My experience was wonderful. They were supposed to come between 12-5 and I was called at 11 am and told they were on their way!! Early!! The tech came in and quickly found the issue and took his time to explain everything to me, open my electrical panel and show/explain the wiring to me. He was more than happy to explain and answer all my questions thoroughly. I was very happy with the service provided by R&R.

Had an appointment on Friday between 1-5pm. I called the office a 4:30 due to not hearing from them and wanted to make sure everything was still set. At that time, i was informed that the technician has been on an "emergency call" all day and would not be able to make it until after 6pm. When were they going to tell me this after taking off work for a half day? Well, around 8pm and no electrician and of course no answer at the office. The kicker, it was labor day weekend so office was closed until tuesday. Called the office Tuesday morning to express my concern in their lack of management, employee control, customer service, etc andjust as you would expect from a company like this, they could have cared less. I guess it is standard operating procedure for them.
NEVER pay this company a dime and if your home warranty company says to use them, cancel your policy and go through a different company. It'll save you time and money in the long run. Just check the reviews, you will not find a single positive one! I hope this helps

Provided by YP.comThis has to be the worst business I have ever dealt with. They PURPOSELY avoid you. For example, there phone system, your calls always automatically goes strait to voice mail which means you will never get the chance to actually talk to them. Now if they call you, and you miss the call, they won't come to your house, and if you call them back (within minutes), they wont pick up (because it always goes to voice mail). There call back rate is 25% which means 75% of all calls are never received. Save yourself a mass amount of frustration and TIME by picking a reliable service. R & R electric is unreliable, incompetent, and unprofessional.

Provided by YP.comI guess some people a while ago had a couple bad experiences but mine was great & so have my friends & family that now use R & R. We have grown to love this family business so much for their hard work & honesty & integrity that we use them frequently. Not just for problems. But for additional work we want done. I just had a wet bar added & needed power ran to it for my wine freezer. My sister had a light hung over her pool table. We've always had great service. Whether we've used our home warranty company or not never mattered. Highly recommend.

Provided by YP.comBest company i ever dealt with. Never felt like i was being taken for a ride. They explained everything to me step by step. When my air conditioning had no power in the summer they were totally booked but managed to squeeze me in the same day so i wouldn't have to roast in this Florida heat.

Provided by YP.comI recently had Allstar Electrical come out to my house to fix a garage door opener. I called the morning of service to find out when my technician would be out. Although I had a time frame of 8am to noon, the person on the phone stated that I would be the first call of the day and that the technician would be out as soon as he loaded up his truck. I waited around the house until 11am and called to check on the status of my repair tech. The person on the phone informed me that he was working on his previous call and would be there when he was done. I informed her that I was told I would be the first and she stated that their list was out of order and the original person I spoke to was wrong. I waited around until 12 noon. The technician still did not show up. At 12:20PM, I received a call that the technician would be there in an hour. The technician did not arrive until shortly after 1pm. When he got there, he played around with my garage door opener and although he could reproduce the problem, he stated that he could not fix it. In short, I wasted my entire day for no reason.
