I would agree with the other reviews, The staff is rude and unprofessional, they left a house we let them manage in shambles. Rentals were few and far between, the only item I found them good at was collecting their commission.

Worst property management company that I've used as a property owner. The best advice I can give is to shop around. This particular Goldsboro APM has not kept a single tenant in my property for the full duration of their lease that I can recall. I would not recommend them to anyone that I cared about.
