I will be taking my mother out of here as soon as possible. This morning during a visit to the Brian Center, I walked past what appeared to be the employee break area? Basically it is a curb with some milk crates. I heard the employees using such FOUL language, and throwing their TRASH and CIGARETTE butts right on the ground. How can they take care of our family members, if they talk and behave this way in front of the center? Its revolting to see how the care takers truly act and by seeing this I will be moving my mother to a much cleaner facility. Management should have done something about this.
