Beyond perfection! Used them for 25 + years. So professional, personal & craftsmanship that’s hard to come by. Always willing to go the extra mile & she stands behind all work. (BTW) most people only post when something bad happens.. can’t imagine anyone unpleased at this establishment.

I’m military, and I’m not sure why I was not recommended to Mrs Chong YEARS ago. Normally I go to the spot everyone recommends right off base(not going to mention), but if I knew about Chong’s before, I would’ve absolutely traveled a little bit further down the street to go here.

I brought in 3 uniform bottoms to get elastic put in as well as have them tapered. It was right before they were closing at that. While I requested that I wanted them back the next day (has never happened before), she was honest that she would definitely have one done, but maybe not 3. I came back the next day to pick up the one, & she had all 3 done, and they fit perfectly. That would NEVER happen at the other spot.

She takes great pride in what she does, she’s so nice and polite, and her prices are absolutely fair. I recommend 10/10. If you are military, go there! You will be satisfied every time.

very professional! She learned from a family business, and can alter or sew anything. I always take my clothes to her.
