If I could go back in time and select another property manager, I would. They are suppose to drive by the property monthly and go inside every six months. This did not happen which allowed to tenants to live in filth, crayon marks on the wall and door frames. The cabinets had water damage along with the bathroom floor. I also had small items missing that were once fixtures of the house. The painters they contracted were horrible. They let the tenants walk away with the security deposit and I am stuck with over $1,000 in repairs that are beyond the normal wear of a tenant.
