They are a God-send but yet alot of flaws. If a bus breaks down or for some reason skips a route, they don't send a van to pick up the route, leaving us passengers stranded & waiting for a ride that's not coming, making us late for work, appointments, etc. A few years ago while under direction of someone else, Joe would come out of the office and run the routes himself! God, I MISS HIM & THAT CREW! These new people have ABSOLUTELY NO concern for these things at all!!!!

You cant find any info on them on the internet. The new director there lynn doesnt return phone calls and acts no good cor wanye county.

Im so Blessed to have them to depend on for all my transportation needs. I love 99% of their drivers, and their polite, friendly etc. Ive been picked up just few times by this 1 un_polite n disrespectful elderly woman. but over all i enjoy and Thank God I can call n depend on them. Excellent Team Work Gateway keep up great job.
