My boyfriend blew out a tire on the side of the highway with his two kids. I was recommended to Herbert's by Goldsboro Tire Pro. I am so happy that I was. He was picked up within an hour, even with the guy being gone on a call when I originally contacted them. They even offered to pick my boyfriend and the kids up on the route back from the previous tow job. It ended up that there wasn't enough seats but the thought was still there! When I told them I would have to pay over the phone and they didn't offer that service they told me they would bill me through Goldsboro Tire Pro so that I could pay. They were really amazing and caring about the whole situation. Pricing also wasn't as high as I anticipated.

They towed my car from my house after having it for four days I was called and the lady told me they couldn't work on my car because someone had worked on it before had some major work done. After doing nothing to the car they charged me for a tow and a storage fee. A waste of my time!!!
