Houser Associates, or Coldwell Banker as they're known now uses Executive Property Management as their associated rental agency. The two agents working rentals for them are by far some of the worst people I've ever dealt with. They hardly ever return calls, emails, or messages. The only way to get any information from them is to go to the office in person. If you have to use them expect substandard service and make sure you have plenty of time.
