Provided by YP.comWorst staff in the history of medical estblashments. Rude, and rush to get you off the phone. Won't let you say a word, or ask a question. Just want to get you off the phone ASAP. The doctor himself is ok, but that crap staff is why I'm changing to dr crowder.

Provided by YP.comWell I've been going to Prime Care for a few years now, about 5 but for some unknown reason my calls are being rejected now. I'm not sure what is going on....I've be so-so on the care there but when Dr. Newell left I really had nowhere to go so I want with a Nurse from there to PrimeCare. If they don't want me as a patient you would think they would tell you so!

Provided by YP.comThe 5 stars are for when Dr. Wiseman worked there. It's not the same anymore, I miss his nurse, too. Nurse Deb was the best! :)

Provided by YP.comUnless you have deep pockets I would not recommend you go there! They order as many unnecessary labs the insurance allows weather you need them or not. They demand payment, copays or 20% of your coverage be paid at the time of your appointment. What this does is allow them to charge you 20% , of the full cost of treatment instead of the reduced price they charge the insurance company. They charge me $55 and when my insurance statement came in it said the most I should pay is $23. When I questioned it they refused to address it. Then they sent me a registered letter calling me a few choose names and told me not to come back. They also did not call in my refills but charge me for the visit. Totally agree with Jeremy, worse place ever.

Provided by YPmobileFirst of all the pa refused to see me... I have medicare due to disability so I don't need them... My wife went there and we had a problem with the insurance and all they had to do was call them but they refused... The woman was yelling when speaking to my wife to where everyone could hear her medical information... They don't care about their patients... I strongly suggest going elsewhere... They are EXTREMELY rude... If there was a word beyond extremely it still wouldn't do them justice... Worse place ever not just among doctors offices but any place in general including hell.

Provided by YP.comI love Dr David Wiseman and really hate that he is leaving the practice!! I have been his patient for over a year now and have never found a better physician that takes his time explaining things to you and is really down to earth.I will follow wherever he goes if I can.

Provided by YP.comDr Wiseman is an excellent physicians. He is one of the first to actually take time to explain things to me and I never feel funny about broaching a subject with him. He is always very helpful and is the best Dr I have ever had the pleasure of working with- his main nurse is also a pleasure, she is always friendly and full of pep! As for the place that he works- every time I call in they 1st want to pull up records from my 1st married name, they are slow to give Dr notes when you call in with an issue. Outside of that I hate that I am moving but I will still be making the drive to see Wiseman- a good Dr is hard to find!
