I would give 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional and don't care about their customers, I tried for a week to make an appointment without any success. She never picks up the phone or respond to text or calls. And doesn't at least try to fit your schedule. I've never known anyone who wouldn't take the opportunity to make money and gain happy customers. I finally gave up and found someone way better. Please do not waste your time with these uncaring people.

Does good work but very unprofessional. Appointments mean NOTHING and the amount of time spent there is ridiculous! I mean 2 hours for a wash and retwist, c'mon! I'm online looking for Pinkys replacement as we speak
