Jason, Your review is misleading and implies that by us selling you a mower at an agreed-upon price, we somehow tried to wrong you. Conveniently, you fail to recognize that we did not attempt to pressure you into purchasing a mower, allowed you to test drive a mower, addressed any questions and concerns you had over a two-day period, completed the mower finance paperwork for you, gave you a new hour meter, installed the meter for free, registered the mower’s warranty, and gave your wife a free pair of sunglasses. Furthermore, and contrary to your accusations, our service did not change once we, as you stated, “got your money.” Instead, after your purchase, we delivered your mower to your house for free. In response to your allegation that we will not price match three days after a sale, please understand that price matching in any business is done at the time of sale and only at the discretion of the business. In this instance, the Toro flyer that you received in the mail showed pricing that is set by the manufacturer and is available only during a limited time. We were not made aware of the special pricing until the Monday following your purchase. Finally, at the time of the sale, you and your wife had no complaints concerning your decision to purchase the mower. As proof, your wife Heather Young gave us the following Google review which anyone can view: “Very patient and pleasant. No pressure, just let us look and answered our questions as needed. Everyone was very helpful above and beyond belief!” Although you may always feel jilted due to the perceived unfairness, I trust that reasonable individuals will be willing to consider shopping at Pro Turf Lawn and Garden Center for their outdoor power equipment.
