Although Gabell can do some-what decent hair she has a very nasty attitude. She often talks about her clients as they approach the door in front of the clients that are sitting in the shop. She curses and she talks badly to and about your child. Gabell has no idea of what professionalism is and she has no idea of how to keep a schedule. I had an appointment with Gabell and for the first two hours she talked, laughed, ate, played on the internet on her phone, played with her friends, and she finally left the shop to get her son. When she finally returned to the shop I had been sitting there for almost 2 ½ hours and she still hadn’t touched my hair. Gabell is also inconsistent with her pricing. Despite all that happened on my first visit I returned a second time to have the same exact services and she charged me more than what she charged the first time. When I asked her about this she got a very nasty attitude and told me that I was in fact wrong about how much I paid the first time. Gabell may be able to do hair almost decently, but it is not worth the hassle to go there. She should take some business classes and hopefully she can do better with her shop.

I have been going to Professional Touch for almost 3 years now. Gabelle took excellent care of my hair and my hair grew well past my shoulders which was my goal and was extremely healthy. I found that Belle as I call her now was very knowledgeable about hair care as well as hair styling. Her prices are affordable and her shop is clean. I have referred at least 10 people to Belle all who have loved her services!
