Great customer service! Do wish they had a way to pay on their website. I forgot to pay one month and didn't remember til the weekend. I used the drop box but doing so makes me nervous, as I have had payments go missing other places when left in a drop box.

Nice people, bad policies

They work with you during their business hours. Reconnect fee is insane considering the bill is only $20. My electric bill is over $200 and will not get cut off after one missed payment.

I agree with both comments below. For a military area with people working long shifts and crazy hours, you would think they would have a website, automated system, or AT LEAST stay open until 5:30 like every other office in the area. Also, if you get your water cut off since you had no way to make it to pay the bill, be prepared to wait a few days after you pay it because we paid ours two days ago(with an outrageous reconnect fee-- 75 dollars as opposed to the neighboring company's 25!) and we still have no water. Hope you enjoy taking showers using gallons of water until you find a way to get around this company's bad service.

I never received a bill for May. They turn around and call my fiance at the last minute to tell him that they will be turning the water off. come to find out they close at 1 and they dont have an answering service so you can take care of your bill. I got home and my water was turned off. Keep in mind at this time my 8 month old daughter is sick and I dont have water to bath her or make her formula without having to go to the store and buy water. Now also try telling my son that he cant flush the toilet because we have no water. If I could get my water through someone else I would. They suck!!!!!! Try being open when others have time to pay their bill or update your phone sevice.
