Poor customer service the cashier Leticia was really rude she wasn't paying attention for my purchase of pay near me ruined my transaction because she was to busy talking to some lady. Very rude!

NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is my second round with this store. Today I bought a $60 prepaid phone card, which proved to be defective in that the numbers were missing when scratched off the cover. The employee could not read it either. He was going to exchange the card, but called his manager. There is NO MANAGER onsite in the afternoon.

The manager, on phone, talked to employee for five minutes, then me. He insisted that I RETURN the NEXT MORNING, 20 miles as I told him, to get an exchanged card. While his employee who had witnessed the entire card process minutes before, was on the phone with him. So there is noone there who can or will not even refund $60, but can't even switch phone cards, even with manager on line.

They will TAKE your money, do not ASK for ADJUSTMENT. Manager was rude, ridiculous, and his requirement was absurd. I will NOT shop there again. Do NOT let them touch your debit or credit card.
