It's true. He does such good work that he doesn't need new customers. He also is so busy he doesn't have time to give a written estimate - and the job involved taking the engine apart and doing $700 worth of work. He's a nice guy but if you need assurance beforehand, I don't know how to get it. I had to take my car somewhere else. Unfortunate, because he is honest and competent.

Total swindlers. Had a rattling sound from my car near serpentine belt, he said sounds like water pump, but will find out and call me before he fixes it, and that I can get my car by the end of the day. I don't get any call till 2:30 PM (I gave my car at 7:00 AM). When I call him at 2:30 PM, he says it has been fixed since long. And that he had to go through lot of trouble to get genuine parts from LA. He also tries to sell me the idea that he gave discount on labor (he charged me 98$/hour...is he working on a space ship?). I thought of trying them out as a change from the Honda Servicing, and they decide to rip me off on my first visit. Never going there again.

Jeff is the go to guy for all my car woes. Rest assured that you wont get cheated. I have also gotten free inspections on cars when i was looking for a used car off of craigslist. He is very reliable and honest.
