There have been many times in which I have needed a ride somewhere, sometimes, even last minute! Reuben Jimenez has been my cab driver for many months now, and he has always shown me that I can count on his service. He is a very responsible, kind, and hardworking man. The service that he provides is very professional, while still making customers feel comfortable and well treated. I would recommend anyone to call Reuben when in need of a ride. He is great and the company should feel very happy to have such an amazing employee working for them!! Thanks for the great service Moonstar Cab!

Reuben is fast to pick up and offers great service. He gave us a ride on halloween when no other can company would answer the phone. He is the best! Add his number to your phone book - he is a life saver !

Do not use this Cab company! I left my cell phone in the back seat of Moonstar Cab. Over the next 12 hours I called the phone several times in the hope that whoever found it would answer and tell me where it was. I noticed that by the following morning the phone was no longer ringing and was going directly to voice mail. I knew the battery was fully charged when I left it in the cab so whoever found it had turned it off. I used a Droid application called WHERE’S MY DROID? to pinpoint the exact location of my missing phone. I Googled the address. I went to this address and saw the cab I had taken the night before parked across the street from the house. The residents at the address answered the door but when I asked for my cell phone they hesitated and made me wait at the door for several minutes. Finally a man came to the door and claimed they did not have my phone. I asked if they drove the cab that was parked across the street and they said yes. I asked if they had checked the cab for any lost items and they said no. When I asked them if they would check the cab for my phone they said they would but they needed me to wait for 20 minutes while they got dressed. My friend and witness and I decided to leave for 15 minutes and return to the address. Upon our return we saw that both cars that were parked in the driveway during our initial visit were now gone. The man we spoke with only 15 minutes earlier had left the scene. I knocked on the door for several minutes and finally a young woman came to the door. Reluctantly she admitted that she had my cell phone and gave it to me. As I left the house I checked my phone and noticed nearly all my personal information had been erased and my personal e-mail accounts and work accounts had been accessed. I realized immediately that the man needed the 20 minutes to erase his recent activity on my phone and after doing so he fled the scene before we returned. I called my service provider to check the activity of the phone during the time it was missing. I was told during the time it was missing someone had made a phone call, a couple of text messages and used a significant amount of data. I filled a police report. Beware of Moonstar Cab!
