I really appreciate the local service, and also I appreciate having a live person answering the phone when I call. The service friendly and great. These guys are really good. They've been in town for more than 20 years. They take their time explaining things, and they don't do any pressure sales. As a matter of fact they talk you down if they feel that you are getting something that is way more than what you need. If I have to deal with fixing my computers, that's the place I go.

It's nice to call and a live person answers the phone. Also, these guys are very service oriented. Service is their main focus, although they do sell all products. The nice thing is that these guys are always willing to spend whatever time is needed to answer your questions and concerns; they are not in a hurry to sell you something. Unlike big box store clerks, these guys don't work on commission, so you can be sure that the advise they are giving you is the best for you, especially when it comes to equipment sales.



I walked in with a configuration that someone had told me I needed, and I wanted a price quote. But, before giving me any pricing, they asked me about my experience, my usage of the computer, etc. and they told me that, based n my answers, I didn't need such an expensive system. They steered me towards a good computer that was half the price of what I thought I was going to be paying. And I love my new computer.



These guys really rock.

This is a rare group of technical experts that hide away in Goleta above Bicycle Bobs. Its hard to find upstairs and open on Saturday which is a shock. Randy spent almost an hour showing me the different models of Mac and Pc's as I did not know what I really wanted. I was referred by a friend from the Elks that this was where I wanted to go and this was a great tip. I still have not bought anything as I am financially challenged at the moment, but I know what I want and when I can afford it I am going to get that 24"Imac which runs XP Pro and OSX. Randy showed me this product called VM Fusion and its beyond cool. I can take my old pc and clone it to a window on the new mac and have everything running on the mac. No Vista for me!!!!!! Also check out their new on line store at www.macsource.biz and you can save some real money as they discount stuff in the store on their web site. Anyway, I had a great experience this last weekend and I think you will as well.
