I just purchased a new 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab from Juan (Sales Consultant) and Leonard (Sales Manager).

I really liked my sales person. He was knowledgeable about the different models and the possible add-ons. He was not a high-pressure salesman. He took time to answer our questions thoroughly. Great Job!

I was very pleased with my experience at Toyota of Santa Barbara. The sales men were great. Friendly and "non-pushy." They really tried hard to meet all of our needs, and for that I am truly grateful.

This place is great! The staff pulled together to locate the exact vehicle I wanted with my specifications. Service like this is rare to find these days.

I was able to walk up to the car I wanted and not have the dealer try to talk me into trying out other models. I also liked that I was able to walk in, go over the paper work, and drive away. Yes it takes time , but it was nice to be able to take care of everything I needed directly.

The sales man's attitude and personality was great. We instantly felt comfortable with Conrad. He did everything possible to satisfy our experience at Toyota of Santa Barbara. Not one question was overlooked or forgotten, he even called a few days later to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. He was great!!

My time here was completely hassle free. I had the best sales guy who was very friendly, enthusiastic and quick to respond. I was also offered me the best price too!

I felt very comfortable and confident with the people we worked with, and the decisions we made. The fact that there was no back and forth negotiating was great. The price was decided on before we arrived and they honored the price we agreed on.

Abbey and Wes knew I was on a budget and they worked with me to help me buy a car. They even looked into different programs such as the college graduate program to see if I qualified.

I liked the fact that I was never hassled. They helped me with my choice that I had in mind when I came in. When I said that i would return in a day or so to look again, no one tried to hassle me about buying right away. They are a very unique dealership!!

The sales person (chris) was excellent!!!!. There was no pressure at all. I didn't even come in for the model I chose but based on our conversation he exactly what I needed. i am sooo happy with my car.

Conrad Brooks is an outstanding sales person! My experience was on-par if not better than a luxury brand experience, like my last at Audi (which I considered the best experience before)

Overall I had a wonderful experience!! My sales person Leonard was very helpful in completing the transaction and informing me of all my options.

You know how they say "The best new cars make the best used cars"? Well, Toyota of SB made that statement 100% true when I went there, shopping for my first Toyota. I had an SUV that I loved, but hated the poor gas mileage and expenses that came with it getting older. I got a used Toyota RAV4 that I really like! My dad, who is a mechanic, went with me to buy the car. He was impressed at how well the car had been taken care of, as well as the low mileage that was on the car. He said I should buy the car because it would gone if I left without it. I am so happy I listened to him.

We really liked our salesman, Chris Thomas. He was low key, but also had a very responsive approach. We also particularly were impressed with how quickly we were able to complete the purchase and paperwork process.

Toyota of SB went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle that I wanted. That was not an easy task either being that the earthquake in Japan has interrupted the flow of vehicles coming to the states. Big thanks for getting my perfect car.
