MY FAMILY HAVE SEEN MANY SIGHTS AT PET STORES THAT IS OK, BUT THIS PET PLANET USA HAS THE CLEANEST, HEALTHIEST, FRIENDLIEST, MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES. WE ALSO HAD OUR DOG BOARDED AND GROOMED AND WHAT A DREAM COME TRUE, KEEPS RECORDS, SHOTS MUST BE UP TO DATE, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VET THEY HAVE CARDS AND DIRECTION TO VETS, OUR DOG WAS GROOMED WITH MY WANT THIS AND DONT WANT THIS... WE CAME BACK FROM OUR TRIP, CALLED AHEAD OF TIME GOT THERE AND FIVE MINUTES WE WERE OUT THE DOOR FOR HOME TO REST.
THIS IS THE PET PLACE TO GO--NICOLE IS THE BEST MANAGER AND BRIAN GROOMED OUR DOG-PARIS. THANKS JAY ALBERT

The first impression when you walk in is overwhelming. The smell will knock you over, but it does wear off after you wait to be acknowledged by a staff member. This store is extremely over priced and filthy. I'm certain that the good reviews that are mentioned above come directly from owners and management. See for yourself is my advise. The experience and the stinch will follow you for a while.

Brought my dog there, 6 pounds,. Picked her up and they had cut her, bad enough that they put bondo glue on it and told me nothing. Found it when I got her home. Called and they were extremely rude.

This business has what no one else has and that is kind friendly people that understand about pets and their needs. I was at petsma..... and was unhappy about what i was paying for my pet grooming. i tried a place in prairieville and was not pleased with the grooming and prices cinder.....i ran across a friend at ralphs supermarket and she said that a pet salon is just down the road from here and she loves the people and work performed by the groomer. i tried the grooming and this was the best groom ever, i was pleased. i now shop for all my pet needs at a pet
