I took My Epiphone Les Paul copy in for a 1/4 inch input jack replacement, (They never fixed it) They kept my guitar for almost two weeks and sold me a Evolution pickup and put it in. Now my selector switch don't work in the middle position they even tried to keep the pickup they took out of my guitar.. I had to ask them for it. 179.00 and they didn't even fix my input jack!! The rhythm position and treble position works but not the middle so that means they didnt put the pickup in rite when I asked for my receipt they had threw it in the garbage after digging it out I now have a receipt crumpled and torn when I went back to get the parts to fix the input jack myself yes they were nice while charging me full price for the parts that I shouldn't have had to drive all the way back to get I wasn't leaving it there again for another two weeks I have not and will not go back there again......Eddie Strange
