I have fallen in love with Ilovekickboxing-Gonzales. I've not only become healthier, and excited about exercising, but I've also met wonderful people who motivate, support, and encourage me daily. Joining here as been one of the best decisions I've ever made!

Since starting kickboxing last month I have more energy and feel so much better. The instructors are friendly and are strong models at kickboxing. #ilkbgonzales.

iLoveKickboxing in Gonzales has been great for me. I don't have the best of health so staying active helps me feel better. I love the staff they are so helpful and motivating and the workout is not just work but fun. It's definitely one of the highlights of my day. Can't recommend this place enough!

New to this, over 40 and LOVING it. The staff is really knowledgeable and encouraging. The facilities are clean and orderly. I have really enjoyed my first few lessons. I can feel my muscles returning. I can’t wait to see how my body continues to change after a longer time.

Ilovekickboxing is helping me change my life! I am extremely overweight. I was nervous and very self-conscience, walking in for the first time. I started out with the 3 class special, but joined after my 2nd class. This is a place where everyone belongs, no matter your size! The staff encourage and support you, wanting to help you achieve your goals. Since joining, I have lost 22 pounds. I have another 89 to go, but with these awesome workouts and staff to push me, I will get there! If you are looking for a place that will not judge you, and only encourages you, then sign-up. You will not be sorry!

Not only is it fun but it allows you to take out those day to day frustrations while becoming stronger. The instructors are encouraging and personable. They make sure everyone is doing the workout properly and if you need help they are more than willing to help you or show you modifications if need be. Can't praise this place enough!

My first class at I love kickboxing was about 2 years ago. I signed up for the class through a local groupon with a friend. She insisted that I would not regret it. After that first class, I made a personal goal for myself, to Be Fit by 40! I just turned 40 this year and do not regret signing up! The classes are fun, no pressure, go at your own pace and the instructors are motivating! Plenty of classes to choose from, even if you can only make it 2 days a week!
