Worst experience ever with a business. Took my money. My son did his 30 hrs in classroom in July. He still hasn't driven. Went there today and they gave him and other students classroom certificates and told them to go drive somewhere else. The staff and owner, Ron Thomas, are the rudest people I ever met. This place needs to be shut down. Parents don't waste your money on this place. They be open for very much longer. Ron will lie to you and say it's rumors but it's not.

Scam artists from the word go They take your money and do not produce He does not pay his people that's why there's nobody left working for him he was kicked out of three places do to not paying his rentWho takes your $250 and then tells you to come get your certificate and go somewhere else where you have to pay againHe is telling people he is rescheduling classes in November now it's at the beginning of the year the truth is the state police has served him with a cease-and-desist orderHe is not allowed to run a business anymoreIf you deal with this man and this company you will get screwedBecause of his actions two of his employees are homeless he strung them on promising to pay and never didAnd his name is Ronald Thomas And his wife Monique

The most awesome people ever. My son was a nervous and sceptable person when it came to driving. He actually had no desire to. Smart Start worked with him one on one as a mentor to give him all the confidence he needed to get beyond his fears and become a safe and cautious driver. I can not say enough about how much I appreciate these people and what they've done for my son in his journey to becoming an adult with safe driving skills. ����
