I visited the establishment on 2/24/15 and dropped off 17 different articles of clothing.

The price came out to $110.56. I was astounded by the cost, but figured it would be worth. So I paid in full via CC.

The woman at the desk advised that I could pick the garments up on 2/26/15. (Normal 2 day turnaround)

My wife arrived there late afternoon on 2/26/15, only to find that they were not there nor completed. She explained

they were a little backed up at the wash plant. She informed my wife that they would be ready "first thing

in the morning". (No biggie, things happen. I didn't need my suit until 3/1/15 - I had a formal affair at work to attend.)

I arrived on 2/27/15, "first thing in the morning." I actually followed the woman into the store as she was opening. 7AM.

She was frustrated that someone had parked in her parking spot and vented a little. I asked about my clothes and she said said they weren't done yet & for me to try back in the afternoon. (Pretty PO'd at this point that the womans attitudefrom the parking spot somewhat rubbed off in our conversation.) I worked late that day, 2/27/15, because I was late arriving to work after stopping by the cleaners in the morning. The cleaners was closed by the time I got off.

My wife checked the cleaners again on 2/28/15. STILL no garments back from the wash. (I'm super ticked at this point, hearing that my suit isn't there and I'll have to find something else to wear for my Formal Affair at work.)

A guy was there this time and he took my wife's name and number down. He said he would call IF they came in later that day. (2/28/15). No call was made.

3/2/15 - I arrive at the cleaners to find 15 out of 17 garments are there. The guy says 2 are still at the wash & he's not sure when they will be in. He had my receipt taped on the computer and admitted that he was supposed to call me, but it must have "slipped his mind".

My 15 garments are stuffed into a 2 plastic bags. I expected them to be individually wrapped. Clean and neat. If not all, at

least my suit and ties. This was not the case. I was also informed that I was charged $12 for the Ball Gown to be washed, and it should have been $22. (HA!)

I get home and unwrap my clothes, only to find they they STINK. They smell of cigarettes - neither I or my wife smokes, nor have we been around smokers in the garments. DO NOT RECCOMMEND
