Been to this 1 a few times & ya most fast food has a high turn over of employment. Well I guess it goes for mangers to!!! My husband and I have been to Wendy's 3 times in the last 2/weeks & all 3 times there has been a new cashier & the same mean ole manger all 3 times now I don't remember her before but I came up to get a refill & the cashier was taking someone order so the manger ask me what i needed & I told her a refill on my coke, she said ok "I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" she went back to the drive-thru & the cashier was with a customer & had just finished when she comes back over to me & as she's walking, YELLS at him y haven't u got her drink yet, now mind u he just finished his customer & did not have time to ask me what I wanted, So how the heck would he even know what I wanted. Plus, it's not the first time she has been rude to an employee in FRONT of customers but each time we went back there was a NEW person they were training as a cashier & the sad part about it all is the cashiers they hired, all 3 of them were very nice & seemed to know what they were doing on the register. It's very unprofessional for any employee to yell at another employee in front of customers. If u hate your "the manager" job that much go find something you would like instead of making everybody's else's life & job a living hell!!!!

Horrible Customer Service

For the very fews times that are family has visited this location, they have consistently gotten orders wrong, and never once apologized for the inconvenience. Just today, they once again messed up on a frosty order. A simple chocolate twisted frosty with m&m's that was even read back to us correctly was mistranslated into a vanilla frosty with oreos. I politely tell them what I ordered only to again be delivered this time a vanilla frosty with m&m's. When I again correct him, he mumbles a "Well our chocolate frosty machine aint up right now so." I had no other response to this incompetent young man except "thank you, and have a nice day." Whew, customer service these days!
