Hilltop Auto Diesel was started January 2012 by Lucas Salmon. With a few side jobs, tools, truck, and the support of his wife, friends and family, he quit his job and began this journey. He started out of high school at Ford in the asset co-op program through J Sergent Reynolds in 2000, where he graduated 2nd in class with a associates degree in applied science two years later. He then over the next 10 years obtained ASE certifications, Virginia safety inspection liscense, along with the highest training award through Ford, Senior Master Technician.
