We went there last night & we sat at a table for over 30 minutes with no service. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks. Paid cash at the bar hoping that eventually someone would stop by & serve us. After the third time of getting drinks from the bar, I went & spoke with a manager. She just asked which server. Of course she was no where to be found. After stating my case to the manager, the server appeared. The manager started to talk to her & I interupted her & told the server myself of what she really needed to hear if she ever is planning on making any money in her life. You take care of the customer and they take care of you. I asked her if she was planning on getting a tip from us. She shrugged her shoulders. I told the server that if you don't want to work & make money, just go home. The manager assigned us another server who did well, but the damage was done. We tabbed out & went somewhere else because we were wanting to eat too. I was not going to trust them to make us food when they can't serve drinks. Save yourself some greef & go somwhere else.

Poor quality food and service at this particular Bailey's location. The chain in general is pretty good. Not sure what's going on here, but its a waste of time and money as it is now. I had been a regular up until recently but my $175 a week purchases and good tipping wasn't being appreciated. I needed help getting a cab home, but the bartender, greeter, and Manager Ryan all essentially told me after waiting 90 minutes that I wasn't their problem. Nice......they take my money for alcohol and keep it flowing but your a piece of trash as soon as you aren't actively spending your money there at the time. Me and my wife don't need your poor business ethics and claims of responsible drinking. Go to the nearby Logan's Roadhouse, Outback Streakhouse, O'Charleys, Red Lobster, or Raffertys for much better value and customer service. See you in Rivergate. Catch a movie at Wynnsong 10 right there to chill after your evening out. LOL.

Don't waste your time or money here. Poor quality food and apathetic management. I'd recommend the nearby Raffterty's, O'Charley's, Logan's Roadhouse, Red Lobster, or Outback Steakhouse as much better alternatives. The Rivergate movie theater next door was condemned and closed and unfortunately this Bailey's location as followed. We'll spend our weekly $75 elsewhere and certainly no more poor value $100 SuperBowl viewing and food packages. I would be ashamed and embarassed to invite friends here. Sorry, it has come to this.
