They estimated that my insurance wouldn't cover $900 of my daughter's services. After the services, they billed me for twice what they estimated. When speaking to them afterwards, they were very proud that all paperwork prior to the service said "Estimate" on it. They should have called me before doing an extra $900 worth of services.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring place to take your kids!

My kids love Dr Jennifer! Pam and Mary are great, and the office staff is always friendly. We have been going there for almost 5 years. IF you are looking for a caring dentist that your kids will look forward to visiting, then Children's Dentistry is the place to go!

Told me my child was having three baby root canals then lied to me and got her lawyer to write me a letter saying i was lying. my son went to a new dentist and took new x rays to find that no root canals where done and tooth decay was left on his teeth. he was only 20 months old at the time jennifer seen him. decay was caused from going to bed with milk even thought we brushed them. jennifer didnt leave the laughing gas on him or left him get numb. i would never reccomend her to anyone. she is horrible. TAKE YOUR CHILD TO DR TAYLOR IN HENDERSONVILLE THEY ARE GREAT!
