This company hires and then supports thieves. Steer clear. They will steal anyrhing they can and the owner will back them up

I have used Clean Quik Carpets for about 6 years now. Anytime I call they are always willing to help and do what it takes to get the job done. The technicians that come out have always been nice and polite. I can remember one time the technician came to clean my carpet and my storm door was messing up (it needed a few screws tightened in the hinges) and the technician tightened the screws. This is going above and beyond his call of duty. I really like doing business with company. They also send me a Thank You card in mail (which you normally do not get from most companies). This is a sincere company that really does appreciate your business. Thanks Clean Quick you all are truly the BEST!!!!

My apartment flooded, so I called the mangement of the complex. With in an hour they had called Clean Quik and the technician was at my door. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. My apartment complex is a great one and allowed them to do all that was needed. I have heard stories of other complexes in the area that wouldn't pay to do the job right. I guess I am lucky to live in a good complex and have great carpet cleaners.

I do a few things on Ebay and normally check reviews before doing business with a new vendor. When I orderd my business cards, I failed to do so and was estatic with the quick turnaround and a beautiful card. When I later checked reviews I saw he'd been reamed for a one time thing.



Since then I have found that we have very disgruntled people in the world who like to bash others. I have begun, now, not to just discount companies with a bad review, but to contact them and ask them to explain the situation. I've not been let down yet.



I've worked with Quik Klean and found that their small family owned business stood for quality customer service. They treat you right. They have several technicians available to cover their customer base who do well by them. Every time I call, the office staff treats me like family, just the way I like to be treated.

I normally don't write reviews on companys that I use, however when I saw that someone had written a bad review on this company I felt that I would express my expierience with them!!!! I had a very professinal young man clean and stretch my carpets and he took great care in moving my funiture and explaining the process to me. Then his office followed up the next day to assure my satisfaction.
