BAD business! I spent the past 6 YEARS arguing with these people to do what’s right and remove
a $304 medical bill off my credit. By law, it should’ve never even been reported to start with. Even after sending letters of proof from my insurance company, they still said the “EOB didnt match”. They don’t care about what’s right, they think they are above the law. Rose Camunas is a liar and company in whole is scum. I had to contact my credit report many times with proof each time and after 3 attempts they finally removed. Fox is the worst company ever and should be put out of business!

I'm so surprised how currut they are,I have paid off my balance directly to southern hills hospital , and when I tried to get credit collection show up,even if I faxed the receipts of payment they don't care,they simply told me this charges coming from other department.

They are lairs, as most bill collectors are, but FOX is dishonest, because after my bankrupt ordeal..160thousand medical bills..FOX STILL HAS MY ACCOUNT OPEN..WITH AN NON-PAYED BALANCE..which is hampering my credit rebuild.. I wish they had a score lower than 1

This agency's representative provided me with false information related to a debt collection. I have never experienced such rude treatment by a company. I was informed that if I negotiated a payment arrangement with Fox that this debt would not be reported to my credit bureau. The debt has been reported and when I called to ask why I was provided false information the agent denied everything. I wanted to also see how I could resolve the matter to remove this information and the conversation turned into accusations about my character and that I should pay may bills etc. I cannot understand why you would want this individual representing your company.

I have had this agency calling my telephone number for weeks now. The person who makes the call will not provide any information as to who they are calling for, what they are calling about, or where they are located. The company is located in Goodletsville Tennessee and apparently feels they are above the consumer protection laws. I have reported them to the BBB and although I have tried repeatedly to speak with someone about why they keep calling, all I get in response is arrogance and disconnects. If this is the way they do business I would suggest avoiding them at all costs.
