Unlike the previous reviewer, I have always had excellent service. I use the store at the Publix shopping center off Long Hollow. Kim is fantastic, always friendly and ready to do everything she can to help. I took in two of my husband's silk ties that I thought were beyond help. They managed to remove the stains and the ties looked brand new again. Everything always looks great. No problems for me.

Stay away from this place. A business has also opened in Madison in the Kroger shopping center; not only did he lose one of my husband's shirts but he split the arm out of my silk blouse. He then had the audacity to say that "there was no record of the shirt ever being taken in by them" as well as "the silk blouse was that way when it came in." After I told him that it was not because I'd worn it the day before, he said "well your husband must have ripped it when he brought it in." Long story short, he refused to pay for any of these losses. Stay away as they will either lose your clothes or ruin them.
