I took two very nice Silk Blouses to this Cleaners to be cleaned. One blue, one cream color. They Ruined Both Blouses. And, refuse to do anything about it. The Blue Blouse color run onto the cream color blouse. Which left a very large spot of color missing on the blue one, and left two blue spots on the cream color blouse. The Owner said: "It wasn't their fault" and sometimes things like that just happen. In other words, they refused to take responsibility for what they did. I thought that's why Business Owner's had Insurance for issues that arise. Also, very rude about the situation,and kept the $ 12.00 I paid them to clean the Blouses not Ruin Them. So.. think twice before you take your clothes there to be cleaned. I sure wouldn't advise it to anyone.
