This place is terrible! Avoid this location, your safety depends on it! I had to give it a star to write this review. They are in the middle of renovations. They are not serving the breakfast that they advertise. We were told they have queen beds when we made our reservation. When we arrived they said they won't have them until the reservations are finished. So we decided to settle with a king bed room with a pull out couch. When we got to the room it was a damn chair. The water in the sink was shut off so you had to brush your teeth, wash your face or shave in the shower. Another group in our party had the smoke detector in their room wrapped in plastic. There was a nice young lady in the evening that tried to help us as much as she could. She told us the manager could help us in the morning. The next morning (Feb. 14th) another woman told us the manager would not be in for an hour and that she didn't care about our problems. I told here there were safety concerns and she said it was not her job, I asked her to call the manager because we had to get on the road get to our next job but, she refused. She was the rudest desk clerk I have ever dealt with I am constantly traveling on the road and have never had issues this bad. I have contacted the Travelodge customer service about this franchise. I will be reporting this location to my union so no other teamsters will be exposed to this location. I will also be contacting the BBB about this location. I immediately reached out to the local fire marshal and building inspector because there are standards that need to be maintained to continue to have occupancy in this building during renovations and disabling smoke detectors is a huge safety concern. The local building inspector said that they had not pulled any permits and they would look into the issues.

this place is the worst place i ever staid i got bed bugs at night and food poising in the morning and stay at your own risk
