I run an Etsy shop and am constantly dropping off packages.
The people working here are incredibly kind, helpful, and have gotten me out of a few jams- including Tracey helping me after closing hours to identify a package that came on their truck so that I could switch it out to the correct label after I recognized I had dropped off a package (to a neighboring post office that closes early no less!) with the incorrect shipping address. She really saved me a huge ordeal! Definitely the friendliest post office staff I have ever encountered. 5 stars all day long!

I had a package that was suppose to be delivered wednesday wasn't home didn't know it would need a signature called the post office when I got home for redelivery they told me to put peach slip in box and will be delivered friday. Put it in the box signed and still have not got it delivered the carrier just put my mail on top of it. Very disappointing.

Constantly not getting packages delivered to the correct address. Constantly have packages sitting in the parcel box but no key in the mailbox so cant open the parcel box to retrieve said packages. Overall crappy performance by the mail people here in Goodrich.
