Three years ago I was referred to Biomechanix for arm weakening. Craig taught me some at-hoe exercises and by the time my PT ended my pain had reduced to no pain. I continued to stretch as taught and this affliction has never recurred.

Recently I was referred to Biomechanix for a different problem and once again Craig, along with Marc, taught me some new "tricks" in stretching that I have incorporated in my daily exercise regime and I am sure that PT at Biomechanix was the better alternative to pills and drugs.

Biomechanix knows how to treat the whole person as evidenced by their thorough initial interview. They establish a patients lifestyle and mobility needs and the results are great.

I am grateful for folks who do a good job and take the necessary time to ensure we are as well as can be.

I've had shoulder and upper arm pain for 7 or 8 years. I thought I would have to have surgery but as a last resort I thought I would try physical therapy before getting an evaluation for surgery. In just one visit my arm and shoulder pain was reduced by half, I am now able to sleep at night with minimal pain. I've gone for another visit and the plan is lessening after each visit. I have four more visits scheduled and then an evaluation on whether or not I need to continue. This is the best my shoulder and arm have felt in years.
