I went to pick up a prescription that I had called in ahead of time. The whole transaction should have taken about 3 minutes.There was 1 person ahead of me in line who had a continuing problemand was at the counter about 10 minutes. I had to leave to go pick up my granddaughters from school, so went to the consultation window to ask if they would please help me. I couldn't wait any longer. The girl informed me that I needed to wait in line. I told her I had waited 10 minutes but had to leave so would she please just get my presciptions. She said no. As I was leaving, she proceeded to help the next person in line. There was no excuse for this. My husband missed his dosage that night due to her incompetence. Do not go to the pharmacy.
