Very bad customer service .The young lady was very rude to my husband! !! My husband had to tell me about my surprise due to the fact we never got it. Called the 1800 # and they said they had tilll 9pm to deliver . We had dinner reservations @7. Had to cancel out valentine dinner due to there delivery status !!! Called 3 times to check where my arraignment was. Lady said we would receive it no latter then 7pm. Called at 8:45 and they still couldn't tell me what time!! My husband went in the the store a week before, you would think I would have got this early in the morning!!! If they new thwy where going to be so busy on valentins day , get more ppl!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE OR MY HUSBAND !!!! VERY BAD COUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!
