Great service. Was in need of a small, custom made mirror. Within 15 minutes of my call, they called me back to come pick it up. I highly recommend this company

Don't do business there! Our experience was terrible. First time we ordered 9 shelves and brackets. We were told they would be ready the next day. They were not but promised for the next day. Again they were not ready. Business was going to be closed for the next four days but we were told the product would be left with neighboring business. It was not. Went in to pick up four days later product was ready but the shelves were cut the wrong size. Promised for the next day. It appeared to be done correctly got it home one piece was still the wrong size and second piece was wrong glass. Gave up and made it work. Like fools went back again to get one shelf and two brackets. Told it would be ready in two days it wasn't. Woman said she would pick it up the next day and everything would be ready by noon. It wasn't ready and we were told it would be a week before it was ready. We told them to forget it and went elsewhere. We found the office to be dirty with open cans and jars of food sitting around. Even found a half eaten candy bar laying on one desk. We found the office staff to VERY unprofessional and seemed to have no idea what was really going on and didn't seem to care. There were numerous times they said they would call and let us know the status of the order but we never got one call. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

I brought my f150 down to have a leer camper shell window replaced. They took a measurement and told me it would be 3-5 days to get te glass in. Two weeks later and many phone calls to them(that i had to make) they finally said my glass was in and ready and to come into have installed. Only once i got there, they told me my glass was NOT ready and that they took a measurement but also needed a template. Arrrgg, But OK. So i said to do it, they told me another 3-5 days and yet again two weeks go by with zero phone calls to me(i had to contact them everytime even know they said they would call me). So they tell me its ready(keep in mind that its been a MONTH all ready and they said 3-5 days. I go into to have my month long window installed and an hour and a half sitting in their crappy waiting room(if u can even call it that) and the kid comes in and tells me that the window doesnt fit, they were gonna have to send out for a new one and yet another "3-5" days! I had a new rear window that he was supposed to be installing at that same time, so i asked him if that got installed ok, and he told me that for the hour and a half he was only working on my side window and hadnt even gotten to the rear yet. Needless to say i did NOT complete my transaction there. I would rate them zero stars if i could. Even when complaining they act as if they don't even care. While waiting in the office/"waiting room" another man came in sayig they've told him 3 different times his glass was ready and it was NOT, he left once again without glass and said it happens everytime he uses them. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Thanks for taking the time to read! Hope u stay away and save yourself some time/headaches.

I recently had to replace one window in my house and I was referred to Goodyear Glass by ACE Hardware store. First when you call there they only answer Goodyear Glass giving no names to whom you are speaking to so you sort of never feel any connection to whom you are speaking with and really that is not a big deal but I really hope the business owners reads this information so they can improve on the service they provide to people. I paid in full $260.00 to replace my window in my home which is understandably the price you have to pay again no problem. I was never advised that it could be more or any other charges would be applied to me. When the service man came out to my home we were advised that it would cost an additional $30.00 for molding we refused the amount and were told we would not receive any additional charges. By the way for labor alone it was $120.00. I checked my account the same day and to my surprise they charged my account for $15.00!!! I know does not seem like a lot of money and the money did not matter as much as the feeling of being taken advantage of because one we were told they would not charge any money but second because they took the money with no authorization. The following day I called Goodyear Glass and spoke with a lady I asked why they charged the money and right away stated that the original cost was $30.00 as if this is still okay to take it upon herself to basically in other words "steal" from me and my family. I advised the nameless lady that this is my words is called fraud and she then told me she would come and take the molding off of the window and give me my money back. I told her I would take off the molding and leave it on my front door so she could pick it up the phone call escalated this lady even stated about how people are crazy and she has had the worst day ever as if this was at all my problem. and in the end she hung up on me. I was so disgusted with her treatment and decided to call back and as to speak with the business owner to my utter surprise she advised me she was the business owner I continued to ask to speak with the co-owner and she told me do I not understand the meaning of business owner. Then she said I refunded your $15.00 in the rudest voice she could and I told her thank you she then hung up on me.

I am sure someone could say its only $15.00 and in essence yes it is only $15.00 but it is the principal of the matter you do not take what you do not ask for. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Over a year ago in October 2009, we paid $850.00 for a gift certificate for window shades from Goodyear Glass and Mirror. Unfortunately, we still have not received the window shades. The last we heard was when we called them again in August of 2010, the person who answere the phone, said they would send us a check to reimburse us for the $850.00 we paid for the gift certificate.

In November of 2009, shortly after we bought the gift certificate, two workers from Goodyear Glass and Mirror came to our home to measure our windows and get the colors, etc. They measured the windows and then, after not hearing from them for over a month, I called and was told they lost the measurements and those workers were no longer with the company. Several months later, one of the owners, I believe his name is Ferrell, came to our home to re-measure the windows. To this day, we still have not received the window shades. They told us they were not able to fulfill the order and they would send us a check to reimburse us the $850.00 we paid but we still have not received the shades or a check for reimbursement.



We have called their offfice several times and we even went to Goodyear Glass and Mirror in December of 2009 and spoke with both Lisa and Ferrell (the owners). It is completely unethical for a business to not fulfill an order or, at the very least, reimburse the customer for what they paid. At this point, we are out of options. We either need to receive the window shades or be reimbursed for the amount we paid. We really don't want to take this to the Better Business Bureau or 3 on Your Side but feel we have been patient and are out of options.

im buying a new house and i had to have 11 windows replaced in my home before i could close on my loan. i called goodyear glass and mirror for a quote that same day they came out and measured and within 24 hrs and i had a price quote back. then 6 days later my windows were fixed!!! they were speedy,nice, affordable, and the office staff were wonderful and not to mention that the guys were every professional and clean. thanks guys my loan is closed and now get to move in!!!
