I was a patient at Goodyear Smiles for two years. Five times they called me the day of or the day before my scheduled appointment and told me that the dentist was not going to be in that day. I had made three appointments back to back for my daughters six months in advance and the day before their appointment I received a call stating that they needed to be rescheduled. Okay, but they were booked up for the next two months and I couldn't get another appointment. Turns out the dentist had left three months ago and instead of rescheduling the appointments in advance, they were waiting until the day before or the day of to inform patients that their appointments were canceled. When I asked to speak with the office manager after the fifth time that this happened, I was given a brush off and never received a call back. Very unprofessional!

Most of the time we are afraid and don't know what to expect when you visit a dentist office. Especially when we have had bad past experiences BUT Goodyear smiles was amazing. Dr. Goates, they hygienist Carrie and their staff did a great job in letting us know what to expect throughout the visit. The treatment I received from everyone was exceptional and I had scaling done, I will be returning for more treatment that I need. The fact that they have payment plans is great, with the times we are going through right now we need help, they allow us to make monthly payments. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone.
