I had my vehicle broken into twice and vandalized on 3 separate ocasions. When I notified manager, he basically said that it was my fault for not having alarm. Laundry stolen from laundry room. Caught manager eve's dropping on our conversation inside our apartment. I opened the door and he was standing 6" from our door listening to our conversation inside. Place is really run down, especially inside apartments. Manager selectively inforces rules, so watch out! KEEP LOOKING THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!

Maintenance takes forever and make sure you document EVERY prob you have at move in or they will soak you with "repair" costs at the end of your lease.
