Front office lady's always in bad mood!!!!

Having a love one ill is heartbreaking!!! Nothless have to deal with moody people in the front lobby ... if they are not going to have a pleasent attitude they need to go elsewhere.... its already heartbreaking and no one comes to this place because they want too and its very upseting to see people work in this workforce who are not understsnding to patients family or needs no one wants to deal with rude people!!!!!!!!
